Indian Participants
₹ 29,000 for Double Occupancy
₹ 35,000 for Single Occupancy
International Participants
€ 600 for Double Occupancy
€ 700 for Single Occupancy
The workshop fee includes the cost of accommodation for the duration of the workshop, all meals and local travel for field work.
Single occupancy will be on a first come first served basis.
Note: A participant’s status as Indian or International is determined by their current location of work. An Indian national working outside India will be required to pay International fees and a foreign national residing and working in India is eligible to pay Indian fees.

SCHOLARSHIP
The Madhura Pandit Scholarship is offered in memory of a committed and diligent Praxian, Madhura. This scholarship covers the workshop fee for one participant.

A brief write-up (maximum 2 pages) on how this workshop would concretely benefit your work and a corresponding work plan.
All applications will be reviewed based upon the information submitted and the decision of the review committee will be final. The selected candidate will be required to submit a report on the impact that the workshop has had on her/his work within 6 months of the workshop.
MODE OF PAYMENT
1. DD/Cheque: To be made in favour of Praxis Institute for Participatory Practices. The physical copy of the DD/Cheque needs to be couriered to the Address - No: 9-B, Vijay Mandal Enclave, Kalu Sarai, New Delhi - 110016

2. Electronic Fund Transfer: Given the current situation, we are accepting fees only via electronic transfer, as our office premises are closed. Please write to us at info@theworkshop.in with “NEFT request for TheWorkshop2023” in the subject line along with the filled form. We will email you all the details required.
Note for International participants: International participants need to make a bank transfer. For details, please write to info@theworkshop.in
CANCELLATION POLICY
Participation will be confirmed only upon sharing receipt of registration fee.
In case of cancellations before 20 days prior to the start of the workshop, the full fee will be returned after the deduction of transaction charges. If the cancellation request comes within 20 days of the workshop, Praxis reserves the right to withhold 25% of the fee for Administrative and Opportunity costs and transaction charges. To avoid this, you can avail of the option of substituting your participation with an alternate participant with a similar background. Alternately participants can also carry forward their registration for the next year’s workshop.
