• INR 24,500 for Indian participants for twin-sharing accommodation.

  • Euro 950 for international participants for twin-sharing accommodation.

(A participant’s status as Indian or international is determined by their current location of work. An Indian national working outside India will be required to pay International fees and a foreign national residing and working in India is eligible to pay Indian fees.)

*Above amounts indicate per-person fees for twin-sharing accommodation for four nights, all meals during the workshop and local travel for field visits.

REGISTRATION: Participation is confirmed only upon receipt of registration fees

CANCELLATIONS: In case of cancellations after 30th September 2018, the organisers reserve the right to withhold 25% of the fee for administrative and opportunity costs. To avoid this, you can avail of the option of substituting your participation with an alternate participant with a similar background. Alternately participants can also carry forward their registration for next year’s workshop.

Please note that since TheWorkshop is a non-sponsored event that needs to pay for itself, scholarships are offered very selectively. We, however, currently have two schemes designed to give organisations more value for their money.

Discounts available:

  • For every 10 participants from an organisation; the 11th can participate at 100% discount
  • For every 5 participants from an organisation; the 6th can participate at 50% discount

Note: Only one discount scheme can be availed of at a time
